Martial Arts is meditation, mental discipline, choreography, strategy, physical conditioning, war and peace.  It is the way of the warrior and the way of the sage.

Whether you explore it for self-protection, development of a courageous spirit, focus, fitness or simply a desire to be part of a powerful tradition that goes back thousands of years, the study of Martial Arts will expand your understanding of yourself and of the Universe.

All life is energy or Qi as the Chinese call it… Martial Arts is a way to understand that energy and use it productively in your life.  I’d like to show you some of what I learned on my way to my Black Belt in Goju Ryu Karate.
